Layering is my love language.

Layering is my love language.

The marquise has always carried a quiet sense of intention.

Its elongated silhouette, soft through the center and gently tapering to two points, was originally conceived to echo the natural curve of a woman’s lips. Over time, the shape became synonymous with elegance: a balance of delicacy and presence that feels both romantic and architectural.

In the language of jewelry, marquise refers to this distinct outline, an elongated oval that draws the eye outward, creating length and light with a subtle, directional grace.

The name itself traces back to French nobility, to a rank that existed between power and refinement. That duality still defines the shape today: poised yet expressive, structured yet fluid.

Reimagined here in an east-west setting, the marquise takes on a more modern posture, grounded, effortless, and designed to be lived in.
